sanctuary space
An in-person 2-hr sanctuary space for Mothers
(or anyone holding the mothering role)
to be held, nourished and honored. Weaving creative flow, restorative practices & deep nourishment, you will leave having visited deep nourishing waters & come out more connected to your heart and dharma as a life tender.

I work with women laterally, as a sister, auntie or guide. I see who you are, your archetypal patterns and help you find a honed access to your inner rivers of knowing.
We work with ritual, embodiment, creative exploration and self-inquiry as a foundation to expanding your capacity for your own full range of aliveness.
A woman in her power is free to shed her tears, to scream her screams, to move her hips, to anchor into silence...
and every time she does this she is
offering to herself, her lineage, the earth
and the collective.
In the spaces where women gather we can reflect back to each other the depths of our fullness & creative potential.

Flow
community movement
A monthly movement gathering to dance and move with what is alive in you. To inquire into the spaces and see what wants to shake loose.
This is an intentionally held space to be with what is, not a performance space. No dancing experience is needed.
When we gather to sing our bones, dance our truth, cry our tears and laugh our laughs, we anchor into a depth of what it means to be human,
tending the light and the shadow.

These are gatherings to honor the solstices and equinoxes with seasonal gatherings for family- music, singing, handi-crafts, storytelling and whimsy.

Wild Hearts Farm Camp
kids summer camp
A week of farm camp and wildness on a spacious 60-acre family farm, for ages 7-11. Exploring connections to the natural world through play, mindful awareness, wildcrafting, song, land-tending, wild foods & community.
Camp dates posted in February.
